Distribution of fatal cases according to age groups for the years
1934-1940 and 1941-1947 for the County Borough of Croydon for both sexes.
Showing, especially in males, a lowering of the mortality in the younger
age groups and a definite increase in mortality in the older age groups
which means an increase in active disease in the more experienced
workers, a condition to be expected as the industrial conditions
become more stabilised
