All available patients were inspected, but owing to a reduction
in the overall accommodation at the Sanatorium fewer cases
were actually dealt with than in 1944.
Those returning to their homes in Croydon before being
rendered dentally fit received appointments to attend Lodge
Road Clinic at a later date for the necessary work to be completed.
