VACCINATION ACTS.
I am indebted to Mr. Huggins, the Vaccination Officer, for
the particulars in the returns in subjoined Tables.

During the year 2,308 Forms Q were sent to parents, and
375 Forms K. and 125 Forms K "Final Notices." Form Q is
the Form drawing attention to the requirements of the Vaccination
Acts and Form K refers to cases in default.
951 names were sent on the H lists to Public Vaccinators
to be visited.
During the past year one summons was taken against
parents who had failed to comply with the Vaccination Acts.
Fined 10s. and 10s. 6d. costs.
Return showing the Numbers of Persons vaccinated and revaccinated
at the cost of the Rates by the Medical Officer of the
Public Assistance Institutions and the Public Vaccinators during
the year ended 30th September, 1937:—
