The percentage of deaths under 1 year of age to total deaths
was 5.2%. Deaths under 15 years, 9.4%; deaths under 65 years,
45.5%; deaths over 6-5 years, 54.5%. The corresponding figures for
1935 were 6.0; 9.1; 46.1; and 53.9.
