CHILDREN ACTS, 1908—1933.
Since April 1st, 1930, this Act has been administered by the
Health Department. The work has been delegated to the Health
Visitors, who are made responsible to the Medical Officer of
Health for all foster children and foster mothers in their respective
districts.
