I nder the Regulations Pasteurised Milk must not contain more
than 100,000 bacteria pei c.c.
There were 6 samples of Sterilized Milk taken during 1932.
Itacillus Coli was absent in each case, and the bacterial content
was as follows*—
3 samples contained Nil bacteria per c.c.
1 sample contained 80 bacteria per c.c. #
1 sample contained 100 bacteria per c.c.
1 sample contained 160 bacteria per c.c.
