Inspection of these licensed premises have been carried out
regularly during the year to see that the conditions of the licences
were observed.
During the year the following samples of milk were examined
under the Milk (Special Designations) Order, 1923:—
Certified Milk.
Licensed country producers supplying milk to
licensed local dairymen 7
Grade A (Tuberculin Tested) and Grade A Milks.
Licensed Croydon producer of Grade A Milk 9
Licensed country producer of Grade A (Tuberculin
Tested) milk supplying milk to a
licensed local dairyman 5
In each case of Certified, Grade A (Tuberculin Tested) and
Grade A milks the samples were found to conform with the requirements
of the Order.
