INFECTIOUS DISEASE.
The prevalence of infectious diseases other than measles and
mumps was low throughout the year. These two diseases were
considerably more prevalent than in 1923.

The following table gives a summary of the notices sent out from the Public Health Department to various schools in connection with cases of infectious or contagious disease:—
