body clothing was disinfected.
MENTAL DEFICIENCY.
As required by the Mental Deficiency Act, 1913, a statutory
committee was appointed by the Council and commenced its duties
in March, 1914. The statistics of the work done during 1914 are
not available actually for the period ending December 31st last,
but a general account of the work of the Committee is best expressed
byv the annual report, a copy of which is given below.
