MEAT INSPECTION.
There is one inspector appointed for meat inspection in the
Borough, acting under the supervision of the Medical Officer of
Health.
This Inspector holds the Certificate of the Sanitary Association

so far as the Municipal Slaughterhouses are concerned, by the
superintendent, who is an experienced slaughterman.
