1. Includes small pox, measles, scarlet fever, diphtheria, whooping cough,
typhus, enteric (or typhoid), and simple continued fevers, and diarrhoea.
3. Includes phthisis, scrofula, tuberculosis, rickets, and babes.
4. Includes marasmus, atrophy, debility, want of breasb milk, and premature
birth.
6. Includes hydrocephalus, infanbile meningitis, convulsions, and teething.
