ANNUAL REPORT

MEDICAL OFFICER OF HEALTH
To the Chairman and Councillors
of the Urban District of Crayford
MR CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,
I have the honour to present the Annual Report for
1964.
Owing to the coming into operation of the London
Government Act, 1963 and the creation of the London Borough
of Bexley on April 1st, 1965, the usual form of presentation
has had to be modified, the contents being largely statistical
and intended to preserve continuity with previous reports.
My thanks are due to the Members of the Authority
and Staff of the Department for their unfailing help and
encouragement over the years.
