The number on the Register shows that there is
an increasing desire to adopt children. The new parents
welcome the interest taken by the Child Life Protection
Officer, who visits each child once in three months. These
visits are in addition to routine visits paid by the
Health Visitor.
Not a single cause for complaint was found during
the year, all the babies appear to be happy and contented
and are well cared for in their new homes.
Domestic Help.
This assistance is granted to families where there
is sickness or infirmity. Number of cases attended 20.
Most of the patients were of a chronic type.
