INFECTIOUS DISEASE.
The year 1936 compared favourably with its predecessors from the
point of view of notifiable Infectious Disease, with a total of 183 notified
cases, other than Tuberculosis, compared with 230 in 1935 and 190
in 1934. Had the waves of Scarlet Fever and Diphtheria, which
