of grants will be brought more positively to their notice.
A pilot survey of some 200 houses in the Sidcup Hill area
is to be instituted in the early part of 1963.
RENT ACT, 1957.
Very little use is now being taken of the provision of the Rent
Act, 1957. Certificates of Disrepair and other documents specified
in the Act have been issued as follow :—
