Ice Cream.
At the end of the year there were 126 premises registered for the
sale of, and one for the manufacture of, ice cream.
Three hundred and forty-eight visits were paid to these premises,
and a total of 97 samples were submitted for bacteriological examination.
No pathogenic organisms were found to be present in any
sample.
The Methylene Blue tests resulted as follows: —
