SMOKE ABATEMENT.
It was not found necessary to take any action with regard
to nuisances from smoke.
SHOPS ACTS.
During the year 396 inspections and observations were
made, and 6 informal Notices were served in connection
with shops.
RIVERS AND STREAMS.
During the year 28 inspections were made of rivers and
streams within the District.
Three nuisances were found and remedied.
ADOPTIVE ACTS AND BYE-LAWS.
No Acts or Bye-laws were adopted during the year.
