MATERNITY AND CHILD WELFARE.
The Maternity and Child Welfare work in this area is
under the control of the Kent County Council.
The following Clinics and Centres have been established

SWIMMING BATHS AND POOLS.
There is one small private bath which is open to the
public.
Two samples of the water were examined during the year
ERADICATION OF BED BUGS.
During the year the following number of houses were
dealt with:—
Council houses 2
Other houses 68
In all cases the houses were sprayed with lethane content
insecticide or treated with sulphur.
