MILK (SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS) ORDER, 1936.
The following number of licences were granted by the
Council during the year:
Certified 2
Tuberculin Tested 8 (including 3 supplementary)
Pasteurised 20 (including 4 supplementary)
SMOKE ABATEMENT.
During the year 27 observations were made with respect to
the emission of smoke. One case was remedied.
SHOPS ACTS.
During the year 849 inspections of shops were made, and
in 57 instances contraventions were found, all of which were
remedied after informal action.
MIDWIVES.
The supervision of Midwives is under the control of the
Kent County Council.
ADOPTIVE ACTS AND BYELAWS.
No Acts or Byelaws were adopted during the year.
