HEALTH REPORT FOR 1925.
The Urban District of Chislehurst, which was formed in
1900, was previously contained within the Rural District of
Bromley.
The area of the District is 2,791 acres
The population at the time of the Census of 1921 was
8,981, while for 1925 it is estimated at 9,173. For 1924 it was
estimated at 9,081 and for 1923 at 8,957.
The number of occupied houses within the District is 1,989,
the number of persons per house being equal to 4.6.
The Rateable value of the District is .£84,248, the sum
represented by a penny rate being .£305.
