The difficulty in connection with the erection of an
underground convenience outside the Town Hall, has been
overcome and the work will shortly be commenced, but other
public conveniences are still badly needed in the town.
Appended is the report of your Sanitary Inspector, Mr.
Matthew Bates, showing in detail the Sanitary Work carried
out during the year.
