Insanitary Dwellings. In my report for 1903 I referred to
the houses in Lawrence Yard, St. Mary Cray Several of the
houses have been vacant during the greater part of the year, but
those that are occupied remain in the same or even a worse condition
than before, although notice has been served on the owners
to carry out necessary requirements.
River Cray. I have made periodical visits to various parts
of the river in your District, and have found the stream fairly
satisfactory.
