The curriculum continues to expand and Judo, Archery,
Fencing, Badminton and orienteering, now feature in youth
programmes. Youth should be a time for trying every game
and sport but it is hoped that something more than sampling
is envisaged before adding yet another subject to an already
full programme.
2. There have been many opportunities for teachers to gain
more knowledge about many of the aspects of physical
education, either inside the Borough of from K.E.C. courses

and have proved beneficial to all concerned.

Rebound Tumbling, Sailing.

Finally, the constant help of the Borough Education
Officer and his staff is much appreciated by the advisers.
Whenever they appeal on behalf of a school in need, they
are treated most generously, and it is their hope that he and
his staff find the children of the Borough the better for
dealing with them thus.
