6 samples of milk were forwarded to the Public Health
Laboratory for the Methylene Blue and Phosphatase Tests,
and all were satisfactory.
(b) Slaughterhouses.
There are no slaughterhouses in the area, and the
majority of the butchers obtain their supplies through
Smithfield Market.
