School Dental Service.
Report on Little Danson Clinic Year ending 1958 (Contributed
by Mrs. A. B. Perkins, L.D.S., R.S.P.S., (Glas.).
During the year the surgery was equipped with a new
dental unit and was redecorated.
Approximately 50% of the school population allotted to
the surgery were inspected in school and 86% of these required
treatment.
Owing to the amount of conservative treatment required, a great number of orthodontic deformities did not receive treatment and it would appear that specialist assistance in this field is fast becoming a necessity.
