Milk Supply. The greater portion of the milk consumed
within the Area is rail-borne.
From samples taken throughout the year both by your
Sanitary Inspector, and also the Kent County Council
Inspector, it would appear that little adulteration has
been found. 28 Samples were taken by your Official and
all were found to be genuine.
Improvement is however still necessary in the
standard of cleanliness observed not only by retailers
but also by producers.
