INFANTILE MORTALITY, 1957
The number of deaths of infants under the age of twelve months was 14, as compared with 10 in 1956. The
Registrar-General returns 15 infants deaths, and the Infant Mortality Rate for the year was 16.11 per 1,000 live births.
The following Table shows the cause of death in 14 cases for which full records exist.
