INFANTILE MORTALITY, 1954
The number of deaths of infants under the age of twelve months was
21 as compared with 11 in 1953. The Registrar-General returns 21 infant
deaths and the Infant Mortality Rate for the year was 23.57 per 1,000
live births.
The following Table shows the causes of death for which full records exist.
