INFANTILE MORTALITY, 1953
The number of deaths of infants under the age of twelve months was
9 as compared with 16 in 1952. The Registrar-General returns 11 infant
deaths and the Infant Mortality Rate for the year was 12.5 per 1,000
live births.
The following Table shows the causes of death in 9 cases for which
full records exist.
