OVERSEAS CONTACTS.
Information was received from Ports and Air Ports of the
arrival'of eight persons from areas where Smallpox and or Typhus
Fever existed. These cases were visited daily until we were satisfied
that no infection existed. This necessitated 37 visits by the
Sanitary Inspectors and by the M.O.H.
