SKIN CLINIC.
Dr. Deville, your Specialist Consultant in
Skin Diseases, held weekly sessions in Paget Ward at
the Barking Hospital. One hundred and ninety-one
new cases were seen by Dr. Deville which was an
increase of only eighteen over the number seen in 1948.
In addition eight hundred and ten new cases
were seen by your Medical Officers at other OutPatient
Skin Clinics.

treatment of skin conditions were made during the

PAEDIATRIC CLINIC.
Dr. A. Doyne Bell, your Children's Specialist
Consultant, resigned in November and was succeeded
by Dr, S.B. Dimson. This Clinic continued to be
held on alternate Thursdays, and during the year
one hundred and ten attendances were made.
