Talks to Outside Organisations
Talks to diverse groups on a wide variety of health topics were given
throughout the Borough. Speakers were provided for various women's organisations,
Royal College of Midwives (Havering and Barking Branch), Guides, Brownies,
Rangers and other youth groups. Health Education topics were also introduced
into two groups at the Y.M.C.A., namely, the "SYMCA" group (girls 12-15 years
old) and the "PROBE" group (mixed 17 - JO year olds). My most grateful thanks
to the staff of the Y.M.C.A. for all their co-operation, suggestions and help.
