General Remarks
Domiciliary and old people's home work is very rapidly becoming a major
problem, and we urgently need a much larger staff to cope with the demands
being made. We are constantly having notifications of need from many
outside sources, Welfare Department, medical practitioners, and our own
health visitors Many of these cases referred to us are in some degree of
urgency and warrant immediate attention.
