PRODUCTION AND SALE OF ICE CREAM AND LOLLIES
There are two manufacturers and one hundred and seventy retailers of ice cream
registered in the Borough, including one hundred and seventy five itinerant vendors.
During the year, one hundred and seventy five samples of ice cream have been
submitted to the Methylene Blue examination.
