I regret to state that only 6% of the babies under the age of one year were
vaccinated.
Poliomyelitis Vaccination
Early in 1960 the Ministry of Health extended the Poliomyelitis Vaccination
Scheme to include all persons under 40 years of age.
The total vaccinations carried out by family doctors and at clinics during th
year was as follows:-
