(6) DENTAL INSPECTION AND TREATMENT.
Your dental services have again been considerably
affected by the difficulty in getting dentists, and
although all possible steps have been taken to overcome
this difficulty, it has been necessary to curtail these
services and there has been a further fall in the number
of patients treated.
There were 5,957 attendances under your public
Adult Dental Scheme, the number in the previous
year being 6,649.
Statistics as to the cases dealt with in the years 1944 and 1945, under your Public Adult anc Maternity and Child Welfare Dental Schemes are as follows :—
