(4) EAR, NOSE AND THROAT SERVICE.
The number of sessions held by your Specialist
Consultant during the year was 45, as againts 41 for
1944.
We have continued our arrangements with the
Queen Mary's, King George and St. Mary's Hospitals,
for the operative treatment of ear, nose and throat
defects.
Statistics, in relation to the Ear, Nose and Throat Scheme are set out hereunder :—

(5) OPHTHALMIC SERVICES.
The Council have established the post of Ophthalmic
Nurse, but the actual appointment is still in
abeyance because once again we have not succeeded
in obtaining a suitable candidate.
