(4) EAR, NOSE AND THROAT SERVICE.
Our scheme for the operative treatment of ear,
nose and throat defects at the Barking Hospital is,
of course, still in abeyance and our arrangements
with the Queen Mary's, King George and St. Mary's
Hospitals continue.
There have been additional consultations and
treatments at your Specialist Consultant Clinic with
a consequent increase in the number of sessions, the
total number of such sessions being 44 compared
with 28 in the previous year.
Statistics in relation to the cases treated in the years 1942 and 1943 are as follows :—
