(a) Heat.
There is one licensed slaughterhouse in the
district, the licence of which is renewable annually.
Since the outbreak of war slaughtering in Barking has been
discontinued.
(b) Supervision of Food Preparing Premises.
The number of premises in the district at the end
of the year at which the following foods are prepared were:-
