(b) Age Mortality.—The deaths in various age groups, according to the figures obtained locally, were as follows:—

It is to be noted with satisfaction that nearly onequarter
of the deaths were in respect of persons of 7.5
years and over, and that the age group 65 to 75 years,
likewise, accounts for over a fifth.

(f) shows the principal causes of death at
various ages.
