1. MILK SUPPLY AND ICE-CREAM.
(a) Milk Supply.—Registered with the Authority are 76 retail purveyors, of
whom 17 occupy premises outside the district.
There are no cowkeepers in the district.

There were during the year 32 samples of milk submitted to biological
examination for the presence of tubercle. Two of the 32 samples were found to
