Borough of Barking.
Mr. Mayor, Ladies and Gentlemen,
Herewith I beg to submit, for your favourable consideration, my Report as Medical
Officer of Health for the year ended 31st December, 1933.
One sad matter to which I feel I must call your attention is the death of Dr. Angus
Kennedy. Dr. Angus Kennedy had been associated with the work of the Corporation
for many years, and when we lost him we all of us felt that we had lost a personal friend
as well as a wonderful colleague.
