The total number of deaths from notified Infectious Disease
during 1907 was 10, or a death rate per cent. of 4.2. Out of the
total number of notified cases, 107 occurred in the children
attending school, or 45 per cent.

Scarlet Fever.

The number of cases was slightly less than the year before,
and the number of deaths dropped to one only, giving a death
rate of .7 per cent.
The number of cases treated in the hospital was 110 or a
percentage of 86.6. The number treated at home was 17 only.
Four cases out of the total were return cases.
