The anti-Toxin treatment of Diphtheria has been adopted as the
routine treatment in all cases of Diphtheria admitted.
I amconvinced that both from clinical observation and the statistics
given, that, in it we have a remedy of the greatest efficacy in dealing
with this disease.
Lastly,—I am glad to be able to testify to the courtesy I have
received from the various officers of this Council and other Authorities,
in compiling these returns, without which, I should have been
unable to arrive at many of the results given in the foregoing Report.
