6. The Baths, shortly to be opened, are urgently required.
7. Public Sanitary Conveniences for both sexes are urgently needed
in the centre of the town.
8. Arrangements should be made so that suspected cases of
Diphtheria may be examined, and Anti-diphtheritic Serum supplied by
the Local Authority.
