ingredients.
A total of 654 visits were made to premises concerning the Order and 2209 labels
were examined to verify the correctness of their claims.
The Merchandise Marks Acts, which were repealed by the Trade Description Act
1968 on the 30th November 1968, prohibited false or misleading written trade descriptions.
