New Milk
"Two samples of milk taken from churns of new milk consigned
by a farmer to a milk processing depot in your Borough
were found to be below the legal standard for solids-not-fat. The
deficiencies were slight and the average for the whole consignment
was satisfactory, and in consequence, no further action was taken.
Cream
" One sample of tinned cream was found to be deficient in fat.
The sample was the last of a consignment which was not repeated
by the retailer, and no further samples of this particular brand
were found.
Non-Brewed, Condiment
"Three samples of non-brewed condiment were found to be
below the accepted minimum standard of ascetic acid content.
