SLAUGHTERHOUSES
At Atlas Road there has been an increase of approximately
20,000 pigs for inspection, and it is interesting to note that the
incidence of T.B. in pork as shown by the tables on inspection,
has reduced by .045%.
There was a slight increase in the number of horses slaughtered
for human food at Hanbury Road, and the quality of the flesh was
maintained.
