On the, adulterated samples of milk, one contained 10% of
added water for which legal proceedings were instituted and the
defendant fined £5 with 15/- costs, one was 12% deficient in fat
for which an official caution was issued, and no action was taken
in respect of the other two samples which contained added water
to the extent of 2% and 2.8% respectively.
