REPORT OF THE SCHOOL DENTAL SURGEON.
During the year 1944 regular dental inspections were caries
out at the Schools. Owing to Enemy Action, some inspections hed
to be cancelled.
The general condition of the children's teeth remains fairly
good, although we are in our fifth year of war. The teeth of children
between the ages of three and five years are in a specially good
condition. The teeth of expectant and nursing mothers still need.
a lot of attention.
The figures given below are of the work undertaken for the
Maternity and Child Welfare cases, and for the pupils attendince
the Acton County and Junior Technical Schools.
